In the study, we present the case of a 42-year-old patient with a diagnosis of social anxiety and depressive symptoms.A treatment Rice Cooker of 14 sessions based on Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Behavioral Activation (AC) was applied.In the results, an increase of psychological flexibility and functioning of the patient in the different vital areas was observed.
Besides, anxious and depressive symptoms were reduced.Finally, we discuss the Clothing Set results obtained and we ponder over application of these treatments in social anxiety disorder.
